This little tutorial assumes you’ve already added your clients’ sites to The Hub<\/a> and configured WordPress to email you comment notifications<\/a>. With that done, it’s simply a matter of using The Hub to click in and out of clients’ sites to approve or remove comments, either individually or in bulk.<\/p>\n

To manage individual comments<\/h3>\n

If a\u00a0site gets a mix of legit feedback and spam, it’s better\u00a0to individually manage comments on clients’ blog posts to give each one your attention.<\/p>\n

  1. Log in to The Hub<\/a>.<\/li>\n
  2. Go to the left-hand column, and then click Sites<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  3. Click the image next to the site where you want to manage comments on a client’s blog post.<\/li>\n
  4. Scroll to the Comments <\/strong>section.<\/li>\n
  5. To manage comments in moderation,\u00a0toggle Pending<\/strong>. To manage live comments, toggle Approved<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  6. Next to the comment you want to manage, click the three-dot menu, and then select one of the following:\n
