For many of us, tracking leads too often means hunting for that darn cocktail napkin from last night or scrolling through contacts, trying to remember which Joe or Jane was interested in a website build.<\/p>\n

There’s a much better way.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

With The Hub by GoDaddy Pro<\/a>, you can conveniently store leads, view contact information, and then convert leads to clients. This all happens on the same platform you’ll use to manage their projects, send invoices, sign contracts \u2014 and everything else involved with building the relationship.<\/p>\n

Tracking leads with The Hub<\/h2>\n

The Hub can really save you time, as you avoid hopping around different apps for tracking leads. Just log in to The Hub, and you’re ready for business.<\/p>\n

To save leads<\/h3>\n

Use the Hub to consolidate all the contact information you’ve gathered\u00a0in one location.<\/p>\n

  1. Log in to The Hub<\/a>.<\/li>\n
  2. Go to the left-hand column, and then click Clients<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  3. Click New client<\/strong>. The Create new client<\/strong> screen displays.<\/li>\n
  4. From the Client type<\/strong> dropdown, select Lead<\/strong>, and then enter the remaining information.<\/li>\n
  5. Click Save<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    To view leads<\/h3>\n

    Log in to The Hub and view your leads and move them along your sales funnel.<\/p>\n

    1. Log in to The Hub<\/a>.<\/li>\n
    2. Go to the left-hand column, and then click Clients<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
    3. Click Lead<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      To convert leads<\/h3>\n
        \n
      1. Once you’ve converted a lead, add them to the rest of your clients in The Hub.<\/li>\n
      2. Log in to The Hub<\/a>.<\/li>\n
      3. Go to the left-hand column, and then click Clients<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
      4. Click Lead<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
      5. Go to the lead you want to convert, and then from the three-dot menu, select Activate client<\/strong>. The Activate client modal displays.<\/li>\n
      6. Click Activate<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
